Easy-step Instructions for Outlook Express Users
Open Outlook Express 4.0 or greater (if you don't already have it, you can upgrade automatically by installing the most recent Internet Explorer full version)
Select "File | Export | Address Book..." from the main menu.
Select "Text File(Comma Separated Values)", then click "Export".
Select a filename such as "c:\mycontacts.csv" and click "Next".
Important: Unselect everything except "E-mail Address" and "Name", click "Finish", then "OK"
Click "Close" once the exporting is completed.
Note that we'll only be importing only the e-mail addresses and names. Selecting anything else may cause an error. Do not
select "First Name" and "Last Name", only the "E-mail Address" and "Name" fields.
We suggest simply keeping this window open and returning once you have created your new .csv file.
