Easy-step Instructions
The important step is to save a file containing your e-mail address with a .csv extension, which stands for "comma-separated values". Fortunately,
a .csv file is really nothing more than a plain text file, one that ends in an .txt extension.
Some applicatons allow you to save directly to a .csv file, but virtually all applications allow you to save to
a .txt file. In the latter case, simply rename the .txt file to end with an .csv extension, and you should have no problem.
In fact, you can use any software, even something as simple as Notepad, to put together your list of contact e-mails for importing into MeetingWizard. You can even cut-and-paste them
from a Web page into a document, as long as that document is eventually saved with a .csv extension.
MeetingWizard will extract only the e-mail addresses from your documents, so you don't need to worry about formatting or unnecessary information.
We suggest simply keeping this window open and returning once you have created your new .csv file.
