Step 1

Easy-step Instructions for Netscape Users

Open Netscape Communicator.

Select "Communicator / AddressBook" from the main menu.

Select "File / Export" from the AddressBook menu.

Choose a directory and type a filename, for example, "mycontacts".

Save as a "Comma Separated(*.csv)" file.

We suggest simply keeping this window open and returning once you have created your new .csv file.

Step 2

To continue with the import, click on the "browse" button below to find the .csv file you created.

Step 3

 Begin Import
(it may take up to a minute to complete)
Troubleshooting Tip: If you have any problems with the import process, it is probably due to too much data in the file you are trying to upload. If you've mapped only the e-mail addresses and that hasn't worked, one alternative is to save all your contacts to an Excel file and delete all columns but the e-mail address, then save it as a .csv file. You may also send your .csv file to us as an e-mail attachment to info3@meetingwizard.com and we'll upload it for you.
