Easy-step Instructions for Word Users
Open Microsoft Word.
Open or create the Word file containing the contact information.
Select "File | Save As" from the main menu.
Type a filename such as "c:\mycontacts.csv", and be sure to choose the "Text only (*.txt)" option
from "Save as type".
Now, right-click on your Windows "Start" button, choose "Explore", and find the file you just created.
Right-click on the file and choose "Rename". Change the file extension from .txt to .csv
Click "Yes" at any warning messages.
Note that we'll only be importing the e-mail addresses, and any other information in the .csv file will be ignored.
We suggest simply keeping this window open and returning once you have created your new .csv file.
