Easy-step Instructions for Outlook Users
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Select "File | Import and Export" from the main menu.
Select "Export to a file", then "Next"
Select "Comma Separated Values", either DOS or Windows. (this step may come after the next one depending on your version of Outlook)
Under "Personal Folders", choose "Contacts" and type a filename such as "c:\mycontacts.csv", then select "Next".
Click the button "Map Custom Fields", then in the next window select "Clear Map".
Then click on "E-Mail" on the left side and drag it to the right so it's the only one in the box. Then click "OK", and then "Finish".
We suggest simply keeping this window open and returning once you have created your new .csv file.
